The competition is open to any person with a permanent address and phone number in the UK.
All entrants must be 16 or over.
Only one entry per email address/web browser. Big Edd will monitor this on a daily basis and has the right to disqualify anybody it feels is not following this rule.
Big Edd reserves to validate each entrant's identity.
Big Edd is committed to fairplay and has the right to remove any entries they feel are abusing the nature of the contest.
Each entrant is responsible for uploading their image. Any entries without images at the start of the competition will be disqualified, and where payment has been made, no refund given.
The image submitted must be of the actual person entering the competition and be a good likeness. The prize money will be delivered in person, where the physical resemblance will be checked.
Each entrant must have permission to use the image submitted.
Any uploaded picture deemed unfit for publication will not be placed on Big Edd or entered into the competition. Following the commencement of the competition, if any image is found to be unsuitable then this will be automatically removed and no entry payment will be refunded.
The competition is not open to any employee or Directors of Big Edd Ltd or any of their direct family members and no employee or direct family member will be eligible to win the contest.
Only validated votes with a valid email address will be counted.
The prizewinner will be the entrant with the most eligible points at the end of the competition. Where more than one player has the same number of winning points, the prize will be spilt accordingly.
Each voter will be allowed only one vote per email address/web browser per day. Big Edd will monitor this on a daily basis and hasthe right to disqualify anybody abusing this rule.
The winner will be contacted personally by Big Edd.
The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred or changed.
Big Edd Ltd accepts no responsibility for late or lost entries.
Players must supply all required details and comply with all the rules to be eligible to win the prize.
No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
Big Edd's decision is final in any situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
Where any person reports fraudulent or unfair activity to Big Edd, this will be investigated and action taken where necessary.
Entrants will have deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering the competition.
We reserve the right to delay the start, or not to run individual contests where the grid is less than 50% full.
If in any event we cannot contact the winner we will hold the prize fund for a period of 14 days.
Big Edd will be entitled to amend the rules as and when necessary.
You can opt out of the competition at any time of the duration of the contest however no entry refund will be available to you.
Prize money will be in the form of a cheque and will be delivered to you within 14 days of the end of the competition.
Scoring is monitored on a daily basis by Big Edd.
The end result is final.
Big Edd cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with the system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
We are not liable under any circumstances for any damages of character.
Big Edd reserves the right to place advertising banners throughout the website and on players profile pages.
We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running the competition you have chosen to enter.
All winners agree for their details and photo to be used for promotional purposes.
Should you fail to comply with any of the above your user rights will be terminated.
